Delete your SIA Vigyan account

SIA NextGen Technologies Private Limited · This page deletes the account it is used from — in the SIA Vigyan Android app (com.sia.engine) and on siavigyan.com — at once and permanently.

Subscribed through Google Play?

Deleting your SIA account does not cancel that subscription, and Google will keep charging you. Cancel it first: Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → SIA Vigyan → Cancel. A subscription bought on siavigyan.com is cancelled automatically when the account is deleted. Need help? Write to support@siavigyan.com.

What is deleted

Everything the account holds, in one act and on every device you have ever signed in on:

• Every saved kundali — the birth details you entered, the cast chart, and the entire question-and-answer transcript held against it.
• Every built document — the kundali documents and the धन-विचार (dhana-yoga) reports, in every language you built them in.
• Your Kundali Milan history, and every Lagna Shodhan (birth-time recovery) run.
• Your profile — the name, phone number and email you gave us — your consents, notification subscriptions and monthly usage counters.
• The sign-in itself: your SIA account with Google, email or phone stops existing. The same account signs you into the Android app, so it is deleted there too.

When it happens

Immediately. There is no queue, no grace period and no seven-day wait: confirming on this page erases the records as you watch, and there is no undo and no backup we can restore from afterwards. If you want your readings, download the PDFs first — deleting the account does not touch files already saved to your own device.

What survives, and why

Nothing you can be recognised by remains in the app. A few records are kept for fixed periods because the law requires them, then erased: purchase records and receipts, for 8 years as tax and company law require; security and request logs, for 180 days under India's cyber-security directions (one year from 13 May 2027 under the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, as a sealed record opened only on a lawful request from an authority); Google Play's own order records, which Google holds under its terms; and our providers' copies until their contractual deletion (Google within 180 days; our AI providers within 30 days). If something goes wrong

Deletion happens in two steps — your data first, then the sign-in itself — and the page tells you honestly if only the first one lands. Should that happen, your data is already permanently gone and only an empty sign-in remains: sign in again and press the button once more, and it is removed too. Repeating the deletion is always safe.
