What is deleted

Everything the account holds, in one act and on every device you have ever signed in on:

• Every saved kundali — the birth details you entered, the cast chart, and the entire question-and-answer transcript held against it.
• Every built document — full kundali analyses, the concise readings and the धन-विचार (dhana-yoga) reports, in every language you built them in.
• Your Kundali Milan history, and every Lagna Shodhan (birth-time recovery) run.
• Your profile — the name and phone number you gave us — and your monthly usage counters.
• The sign-in itself: your SIA account with Google, email or phone stops existing. The same account signs you into the Android app, so it is deleted there too.

When it happens

Immediately. There is no queue, no grace period and no seven-day wait: confirming on this page erases the records as you watch, and there is no undo and no backup we can restore from afterwards. If you want your readings, download the PDFs first — deleting the account does not touch files already saved to your own device.

What is not deleted

Nothing of yours is kept. What remains is impersonal: our aggregate service logs (request timings and error traces, which carry no chart data and are not keyed to you) and any records the law requires us to retain, such as invoices, if you ever paid for anything. Nothing there can be traced back to the deleted account for any purpose of ours.

If something goes wrong

Deletion happens in two steps — your data first, then the sign-in itself — and the page tells you honestly if only the first one lands. Should that happen, your data is already permanently gone and only an empty sign-in remains: sign in again and press the button once more, and it is removed too. Repeating the deletion is always safe.
