1. Nothing is shipped

SIA Vigyan is a fully digital service of SIA NextGen Technologies Private Limited. Everything we sell — plans, readings, kuṇḍalī documents, Kuṇḍalī Milan reports and Lagna Śodhana runs — is delivered online, inside your account on siavigyan.com and in the Android app. No physical goods are sold, packed or posted; there are no shipping charges, delivery partners, tracking numbers or delivery addresses.

2. When a purchase is delivered

A plan is active the moment the payment is confirmed by Razorpay Payments Private Limited (website) or Google Play (app), on every device you sign in to; if it is not visible within a few minutes, sign out and in once, and if still missing, contact us with the payment reference. A one-time item is delivered inside the account as soon as it is computed — usually within minutes, always within 24 hours. The trial starts when you create an account.

3. Returns

A digital service has nothing to return or exchange. Cancellation and every refund, including a purchase that was not delivered, are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
