1. Nothing is shipped

SIA is a fully digital service. Every product we sell — the kundali, readings, chat, Kundli Milan and PDF documents — is delivered online, inside your account at siavigyan.com and in the SIA app. No physical goods are sold, packed or posted, so there are no shipping charges, delivery partners, tracking numbers or delivery addresses, and no shipping is ever added to a price.

2. Delivery of a paid plan

A plan is delivered immediately: the moment your payment is confirmed by the payment gateway, the plan is active on your account on every device you sign in to. If a payment has been taken and the plan is not visible within a few minutes, sign out and in once; if it is still missing, contact us with the payment reference and it is set right the same working day.

3. Exchange

A digital plan has nothing to exchange or return. Switching between plans, cancellation, and refunds for any amount collected in error are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable law.
