1. What we collect

Account: your email (from sign-in), and the name and phone number you give us. Charts: the birth details you enter — date, time and place — which may be your own or, with their authority, a family member's. Usage: the questions you ask, the readings returned, and monthly usage counters (questions and full-kundali builds). We do not collect payment details today (nothing is sold yet).

2. Where it lives

Data is stored in Google Firebase (authentication) and Google Cloud (Firestore and Cloud Run) in the asia-south1 (Mumbai) region. Saved charts and transcripts are keyed to your account and visible only to you.

3. Who processes it

Google Cloud / Firebase host the service; your password never leaves Firebase. We run no advertising trackers and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

4. Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account and everything in it yourself, at any time and immediately: in the app under Settings → Delete account, or on the public page at siavigyan.com/delete-account. Deletion removes every saved chart, reading, match and Lagna Shodhan run, your name and phone, your usage counters and the sign-in itself — on every device, permanently and irreversibly. You can also delete individual charts in the app without deleting the account. If you would rather we did it for you, write to support@siavigyan.com or contact Arya Kartikey Tiwari at +91 9140817930 — deletion is completed within 7 days.

5. Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS); the engine accepts only requests bearing your Firebase-verified sign-in token. No system is perfectly secure, but access to your records requires your account.
