1. Who we are

SIA is operated by SIA NextGen Technologies Pvt Ltd. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. What the service is — and is not

SIA presents readings of birth charts grounded in classical Jyotiṣa texts, with citations to the verses relied on. It is offered for study, reflection and guidance. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice; it does not diagnose, treat or claim to cure any condition, and it makes no guarantee that any indicated outcome will occur. Classical indications are presented as indications — never certainties. Decisions you take remain yours; consult a qualified professional for professional matters.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate details (including the name and phone number asked at sign-up), keep your credentials safe, and be at least 18 — or use the service under a guardian's supervision. You are responsible for activity under your account. You confirm you are entitled to enter the birth details you cast charts for.

4. Plans, trial and allowances

Every new account starts with a 3-day free trial: 15 questions, 3 full-kundali analyses, 1 Kundali Milan, 2 Lagna Shodhan runs and 3 धन-विचार reports, with the full gaṇita open. After the trial, an account without a plan keeps the free tier: casting kundalis, the basic gaṇita view (chart · graha positions · daśā table · birth panchang) and the Panchang. Everything the account already holds stays with it: saved kundalis, conversations, built documents, matches and Lagna Shodhan results remain saved and readable on the free tier, and are removed only when you delete them or the account.

Paid plans, as listed on the plans page: Lite (₹299/month or ₹2,999/year — 60 questions and 3 full-kundali analyses a month, full gaṇita), Professional (₹1,499/month or ₹14,999/year — 500 questions, 47 full-kundali analyses, 57 धन-विचार reports, 15 Kundali Milan matches and 10 Lagna Shodhan runs a month, full gaṇita) and Professional MAX (₹2,999/month — five times everything in Professional). Prices are in Indian Rupees, inclusive of GST. Until public launch, accounts run in early access with the Professional-level allowance at no charge.

Allowances are monthly: they renew on the 1st of each month (IST) and unused allowance does not carry over; a yearly plan refreshes its monthly allowances all year. Reopening an already-built document is free, as is re-running a match already in your History. One plan is held at a time; a different plan can be taken once the current period ends. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled; a yearly plan is a single payment for 12 months with no auto-debit, renewed manually (renewing early adds to the end of the current year). Allowances and features may change; material changes will be shown in the app, and paid periods already purchased are honoured as bought.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to breach, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer it, no automated bulk querying, no reselling of readings without our written consent, and no use of another person's private details without their authority.

6. Content and intellectual property

The classical verses belong to the tradition. The engine, its computed readings, renderings, design and software are ours. Readings generated for you are yours to keep and share for personal use, with attribution appreciated.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice where practicable.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the effective date above moves when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
