Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Plans and billing

Paid plans and prices are listed on the plans page; prices are in Indian Rupees, inclusive of GST. Payments are processed by Razorpay — we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. A monthly plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. A yearly plan is a single payment for 12 months: no mandate is set up and nothing auto-debits; when it ends, you renew it yourself. Every new account's 3-day trial is free — nothing is charged before you explicitly buy a plan. Until public launch, no payment is collected at all.

2. Cancellation

Cancel a monthly plan anytime from Settings → Plan. Cancellation stops future charges; your plan stays fully active until the end of the period already paid for, and no further amount is taken. A yearly plan needs no cancellation — nothing renews by itself; it simply ends on its date unless you renew it.

3. Refunds

Amounts paid for a plan period that has begun are not refunded on cancellation — the period stays yours to use instead. If any amount is ever collected from you in error (a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation, a charge without a matching plan), it is refunded in full to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of your telling us. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable law.

4. Failed renewals

If a monthly renewal payment fails, the payment gateway retries it. Your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for; if payment still cannot be collected, the account moves to the free tier — nothing is deleted, and your saved kundalis and history remain yours.
