Phaladīpikā — the names of the house
ऋणास्त्रचोरक्षतरोगशत्रून् ज्ञात्याजिदुष्कृत्यघभीत्यवज्ञाः । जामित्रचित्तोत्थमदास्तकामान् द्यूनाध्वलोकान् पतिमार्गभार्याः ॥
TranslationRina (ऋण-debt), Astra (अस्त्र-arms), Chora (चोर-thief), Kshata (क्षत-wounds), Roga (रोग-disease), Satru (शत्रु-enemy), Jnati (ज्ञाति-paternal relation), Aji (आजि-battle), Dushkritya (दुष्कृति-a wicked act), Agha (अघ-sin), Bheeti (भीति-fear) and Avajna (अवज्ञा-humiliation) are the names of the 6th house. Jamitra (जामित्र), Chittottha (चित्तोत्थ-desire), Mada (मद-passion)-Asta (अस्त-set), Kama (काम-desire), Dyuna (द्यून), Adhvan (अध्वन्-a way or road), Loka (लोक-people), Pati (पति-husband), Marga (मार्ग-way) and Bharya (भार्या-wife) are the designations of the 7th house.

Where is the lord of the 7th house good or bad?
